Preparation Methods and Properties of CNT/CF/G Carbon−Based Nano−Conductive Silicone Rubber

Carbon−based nano−conductive silicone rubber is a kind of composite conductive polymer material that has good electrical and thermal conductivities high magnetic flux. It application prospects for replacing most traditional materials, but its mechanical tensile strengths are poor, which limit applications. In this study, carbon fiber (CF), graphene (G) nanotubes (CNT) used as fillers to prepare carbon−based via solution blending, the preparation methods properties analyzed. The results show when content 7.5 wt%, volume resistivity 9.5 × 104 Ω·cm, surface resistance 2.88 105 Ω, strength reaches 2.12 Mpa. When 5.5wt%, 8.7 2.4 106 Ω. nanotube 1.25 1.34 1.0 three nano−fillers in blended form stable three−dimensional network, enhances conductivity stability. rate 520%, increases from 2.69 103 9.66 maintains resilience sensitivity under repeated stretching. proposed great prospects, verifying employed research method showing credibility results.
